CHALLENGE NASEM embarked on a corporate rebranding initiative. Using Oracle Content Management as the primary web communications tool, 25 onpremises websites were consolidated into one cloud-based solution.

CHALLENGE The Oracle Analyst Relations (AR) team was only able to engage with 10% of the global community. AR managers were unable to service 90% of the addressable analyst community (-7,200 analysts). As such, unengaged analysts were not including Oracle in written evaluations, which play a significant role in a customer’s software purchasing decisionmaking process.
SOLUTION Built an engagement platform that creates a personalized digital relationship with the global analyst community. A platform that was easy to use, fast, and even fun. Redstone and Oracle seamlessly worked together to meet the aggressive launch date. Despite having never met in person, a global pandemic, and facing once-in-alifetime weather issues, the engagement platform successfully launched.
